I've been taking my 2008 Jaguar to Plaza ever since I bought it about 5 years ago. It's time for an oil change, so I made an appointment online on Sunday 5/14 for tomorrow 5/20. TODAY (the day before my appt) they called and left me a message informing me they no longer work on cars older than 2010. Seriously??? Not even for a simple oil change? And you wait until Friday to call me? Unacceptable. You can bet I will never be back to Plaza Jaguar. (And I plan on buying another one in the next few years.)

Just stopped in the Jaguar dealership in Creve Coeur. Talked to NZ about a Jaguar 4dr sedan that my wife was interested in. She loves the color and it met all of her needs. We talked to NZ for a few minutes and he asked if we wanted to take it for a test drive. We agreed, he got my insurance information gave me the warranty details then disappeared into an office with someone who looked to be a manager and a young lady salesman. We could not hear the conversation, but it seemed a little tense. We werent to sure about the warranty info, but thought with 11,000 miles we might work something out. We continued to wait, and wait. Mind you I wasnt even to the negotiating phase yet. All we wanted to do was take it for a test drive, especially since we have had and driven SUVs for 30 years. We decided there was no reason to wait just to test drive a car. We left. 10 minutes later NZ called and asked why we left. I told him we were a little concerned with the scratch/dent on the left quarter panel and a little nervous about the warranty, and that we had actually thought it was a certified pre-owned Jaguar. I also told him that I didnt appreciate having to wait to test drive a car when they werent that busy. NZ told me that he was sorry, but they werent a Jaguar Dealership and if I wanted a certified pre owned Jaguar I should go to Chesterfield Jaguar and he hung up. The thing that really drove me to write this is that both dealerships are Jaguar and both are owned by Plaza Motors. As you can see on the Google search . Sad because the car was exactly what my wife wanted.
