        Well-maintained property. My status was clearly identified by having a magnet on the door frame when I arrived. I had concerns about the room being placed road-side. But, the road noise was pretty well muffled. I appreciated the property being at the end of the road, where there wasn't any though traffic. I *really* appreciated the room facing the east, where we received the morning sunshine at the start of the day. The bartender didn't know how to make mixed drinks and had to refer to an app. Worst. Bloody. Mary. EVER. Definitely would stay here again.

        I'm guessing that the cleaning staff didn't know that I spoke Spanish. As I passed them, they were talking about bed bugs. I wouldn't stay here.

        Location was quiet, service by 1 person was great while another left a bit to be desired, room was clean and efficient, shower head and water pressure/temperature were great.

      Wow! This comes a surprise to me. In the two years I have been with this hotel I have had only one issue and it was promptly handled. I went to check the days of your stay and could not find your name anywhere in our history? Could you provide me with the dates of your stay please. My Spanish is not that good but could they have been discussing the semi-annual training that our housekeeping staff recently went through? Our hotel consistently ranks as one of the, if not the top performer of cleanliness as scored by our guests in our Brand & region. If this is ever questioned there are web sites one can go on and see the hotels that have had issues with bed bugs or any infestation. We are not and never will part of that collection. I look forward to hearing back from you.
