Admittedly, I have dental anxiety & this was my 3rd root canal. I must state this was thee best experience Ive ever had. Dr. Asano was kind, compassionate & worth the trip. I am grateful to her & her expertise. Hopefully I dont need to come back, but if I ever need another endodontist Id hope it to be her. Thank you for saving my tooth!

As a person who grew up scared of the dentist I must say Dr Roach is thee BEST! I had a root canal, which I have had before somewhere else. But with this doctor I didn't even need the nitrous oxide which is my go too for any procedure. I would recommend him everytime! I haven't needed to take any pain meds yet and it's been 24hrs later. That speaks volumes for this professional. I am very satisfied his work.

My dentist recommended this place. I called, made an appointment, and asked if my insurance was in network. She said it was and took down my insurance info and said she would verify benefits before my appointment. I went in and had a root canal. The doctor was wonderful and my experience was great. My issue is with the front desk. I paid before I left and the woman up front said that was just an estimate and there was a good chance that they may even reimburse me after my insurance paid. I actually received a bill for more money several weeks later. I called because I knew it had to be a mistake. The woman on the phone told me that she was very sorry but my insurance was NOT in network, even though I was initially told it was. She apologized several times for the mistake but never offered to fix it, never offered for me to talk to an office manager. When I told her that the mistake ended up costing me over $300 she told me that ultimately it was really up to me to check my own insurance. I have NEVER had this happen before and Im extremely disappointed in how this was handled. Had I known, I simply would have went to a different office that actually accepted AND was in network with my insurance. I feel duped in a way. This was not handled well at all. I feel as though this was terribly unethical. Even though the woman at the front desk apologized, it was very fake. I feel as though a lot more could have been done but she didnt want to take responsibility for the mistake so I ended up having to literally pay for it.
