HORRIBLE experience with front desk staff!! Every aspect of the experience with scheduling, admission and communication, just tragic. No one gave us info for preparation for surgery. Only contacted about payment with a demand to pay in full, up front, bays before surgery. Almost got sent home because of runny nose from seasonal allergiesyet was not told how to prep for surgery or to take allergy medicine the night before. The paperwork was so faded and distorted it was illegible. Scheduling person repeatedly stated that she called numerous times to displace blame for lack of communication, but only one call was received. No messages left. Threatened to cancel surgery because full payment was not received 2 days prior. No consultation to review surgery. No discussions about Doctors approach, techniques or methods used. No nitrous used to ease fear of needles. No questions asked about fears or concerns. Office was sub-zero temperature, just like the bedside manner. Kicked out of the office while waiting for patient. Told to wait in the car. No discussion about aftercare. NO ICE used in recovery room to prevent swelling. In Recovery room for about 5 minutes. Felt like the McDonalds version of oral surgerydrive through, impersonal and zero element of humanity. NO ONE has called or even texted to follow up and see how patient is doing post-opyet they text to request a review?!?! The surgeon was OK. Assistant to surgeon was kind. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!
