Do not go to this collision center. This will be long, but PLEASE read---delayed repair for a month, literally stole money from a 68 year old. I was in an accident and the estimate to fix my car was 2 weeks. 2 weeks roll by, I get a phone call saying it was going to be another 2 weeks. I ask why I wasn't notified earlier, and they said "oh I don't know." But whatever, delays happen. Another two weeks go by, I get a phone call saying it's delayed by another 2 weeks--so they have had my car for a month, and are delaying it again. The call was from Lisa a front desk worker, who did not know why the delay was happening and also refused to transfer me to someone who did. She kept putting me on hold and then going "I think a shipment issue? I don't know" and then would put me on hold, pick back up and go "I'm not sure" and became frustrated whenever I inquired more. She eventually said one singular part was still needed and there was a shipping delay. Fine. Two more weeks go by (total 6 weeks now), I call and insist on talking to someone besides Lisa/receptionist. I talk to Brett, who tells me that my car will "indefinitely" be at the shop because "there's no part in the entire country for it and Subaru doesn't care about its customers. Maybe if you call corporate and complain they'll do something" and then gave me corporate's number, but made it clear he wasn't going to do anything else. This is the FIRST TIME in 6 weeks I've been able to talk to anyone besides a receptionist. Distraught that I will "indefinitely" not have a car, my mom & I start calling random Subaru dealerships to see if she can find the part. Lo and behold, a dealership in Indiana had the part! And had it for two whole months! We then did a conference call with Brett and the Indiana dealership, who told my 68 year old mother if she wanted the part she could pay for it and pick it up from INDIANA and drop it at their center. Since insurance paid for the repairs, she would get a check to reimburse her for the part from the collision center. So, since no one at this place is competent & Brett wasn't going to pay for it/overnight it, my mom went and picked up that part under the promise she would be reimbursed--the part which is AN ENTIRE BUMPER (see attached pic). Once we dropped off the part, Brett said they had ordered "no other parts" ready for my car, despite Lisa promising me this was the last piece. When we asked why they had it for 6 weeks without ordering parts, Brett goes "Where would we store the parts?" Somehow, after raising hell, they manage to get the parts and finish my repair in about 1.5 weeks. This was September 19th, and the center is now REFUSING to reimburse her. Kevin, the manager, keeps saying "the check isn't ready" or "I can't get in touch with the office manager." What kind of business "can't get in touch with the officer manager"? Seems like a scam to me. They clearly do not care about their customers, and are more than willing to steal money from a senior citizen who found, paid for, picked up, and transported AN ENTIRE BUMPER FOR THEM.
