Rachels Tea products haved served as wonderful preventatives, helping me to steer clear of diverticulitis episodes,. The delicious Digestive Relief Tea contains 100% organic and natural herbs. I drink two Slippery Elm tablets dissolved in warm water first thing every morning, followed by a cup of the tea. I have a second dose of Slippery Elm prior to eating a large meal, to prevent abdominal discomfort and bloating. If I do experience an upset stomach, I take two Peppermint Gels as directed and within a short while always feel much better.
