        My daughter & I arrived at the office at 2:55pm for her 3pm appointment. When I went to check her in, the lady with blonde hair stated that the appointment was at 2:45pm and that we were late & needed to reschedule. I informed her that the appointment was at 3pm but she insisted otherwise! I wasn’t happy because I had left work early to make it to this appointment. She asked the NP if he’d see us since “we were late” & he asked that we reschedule. In the meantime while all that was going on, the other receptionist, Alicia, took her time to check on the schedule and noted that someone in their office had changed my appointment time but never called me. So, the NP had no choice but to see us. The blonde NEVER apologized! I was upset that I even forgot that I had a recorded message for my appointment reminder. People make mistakes and the least we can do is apologize! I found that lady unprofessional!
