Caliber did an excellent job on my repairs. I work in the insurance industry and I always refer customers to Caliber.
My repairs were a little out of the ordinary due to several custom parts. A couple of the wrong parts came in but Caliber stood by that and made sure the correct parts were ordered and installed. They made sure my rental was taken care of and there shortly after dropping off my vehicle. Picking up my car was easy, I left in my car and they had the rental company pick up the rental vehicle.
If you're looking for good work from friendly experts I would recommend Jim and his crew at Caliber Collision. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I will definitely be back. (Well, hopefully I'll never see them again ).
