Dennis, his son Brian and a team of workers were referred to me and I consider myself lucky!!! There were fast, clean and understood exactly what my vision was and more. They gutting and added on to my 100 year old home on "The Hill" " in record time. He will be coming back in Spring to work on the outside of my home. Thank you so very much. This is the first time in 51 years that I have ever done a remodel. I truly was impressed on how polite his crew is and the quality of work performed at a great price. I cannot believe this is the same house. I feel like I am living in a dream world. The transformation of my home not only increased the value exponentially, but it transformed my life as well. I met Dennis over 20 years ago personally and when I started my company Burt & Associates LLC 15 years ago investing in Real Estate, Dennis renovated my first property. Over the years, I have used other contractors but Dennis is my go to contractor. He has worked on every property I have and sometimes performed multiple renovation on some of the longer held properties. He has grown over the years and now is a general contractor. I'm very proud that my company has contributed to his growth. He is honest and dependable. He does what it takes to get the job done on schedule, even if it means working till 4:00 am to meet an 8:00 delivery schedule. Construction scheduling has a lot of moving parts and is tough to predict but renovation scheduling (which Dennis has mostly done for me) is even tougher. Dennis and his crews have been there with me on some tough deliveries and he has always made the date. I have another project coming up in a few weeks and Dennis will be my first call.
