Had to sit in the parking lot for 20 extra minutes waiting for my food to arrive. When I got it, it was cold and stale and poorly kept.

They are short employees and so you drive up. And you pushed the button, and they tell you. You half to order on doordash or something? You can't place an order there.

I would absolutely not even know about anything recently on food but a few times back it was just ok but last 2 times I have been here they could not even take my order. Absolutely the worst Sonic I have been too ever

I pulled into a parking spot to order and was told on the speaker I had to go through the drive thru. Which is odd for a fast food joint that is a drive in and a drive thru, so I pulled up to the drive thru where a girl was taking my order then there was a guy talking over her. After giving my order there were cars in front of me, so I couldn't pull forward the girl cam across the speaker asking me what I would like I explained I had given my order and couldn't move forward yet sorry.. couple minutes later she came across the speaker again asking what I would like. I explained again I hadn't moved yet. So I'm getting irritated at this point you obviously know the line hasn't moved for 18 minutes finally I move forward and still have a car ahead of us. So we have at this point set in line for 35 minutes and finally get to the window and get our stuff which takes another 7 minutes. Bam food is wrong drinks are wrong.. and to anyone who wonders well did I go back through the drive thru , No I did not go back through the drive thru I didn't have another 45 minutes to wait for "fast food"...
