Went at 7am they were out of 2 kinds of donuts I mentioned. The lady that took the order was very rude and aggressive with her responses, pull up and notice shes dressed like the manager. We wont be coming back here if the donuts we were wanting are always going to be out of stock and the customer service is this poor.

This place is horrible ran out eclipse doughnuts waited in line for 45 minutes then when I got my donut there was a roach in the the box

Still taking order and they are closed. Isn't that nice. You go to pick up an online order, already paid for, and they gave a sign saying closed ..... sad management team.

Yesterday (Sunday) afternoon I visited this store, I went in to get a dozen of the Total Solar Eclipse Doughnuts, I was told they did not have any but they would have some later in the evening and that they would have plenty in the morning. The person working there suggested I call in the morning and tell them what I want and they would have them ready when I came to get them. She wrote down the store phone number one a card. This morning, I called to place my order, the person who answered said sorry we only are taking orders for 10 or more dozen, but they have plenty of Eclipse doughnuts. So, I headed to the store arrived at 7:15am the line of cars was wrapped around the building. I got in line. Over an hour and 15 minutes later I finally get to the order speaker, place my order and am told they are temporarily out I asked how long temporarily was and was told they are only filling online orders and that was the only way to get them. So I left. Pulled into a parking lot and placed an online order 12 Total Solar Eclipse Doughnuts, for delivery to my work. Surprisingly the online order said would be delivered at 9:38am total was $31.88 plus tax; I was charged $33.66 on my credit card. The Door Dash driver promptly showed up with my order. Opened the box and it was just a box of assorted doughnuts (note there were 12 in the box, a co-worker grabbed one before I got the photo) NOT the Eclipse Doughnuts that I had ordered and paid for. I tried calling the store for an explanation; after multiple attempts no one answered the phone. Obviously, I got ripped off!
