Terry and his crews were very professional and did a great job. It really went beyond our expectations. I would recommend him to anyone. I liked than he gave us a detailed list of what he was going to do, and you didn't have to both be there. How often have you asked for a bid and they want both you and your spouse there. We had an 800 square foot addition added to the back of our house. Overall a good experience with TLS. They were very responsive to providing a detailed quote with sketches. Most professional of the quotes I received. Nice friendly competent construction crew came to our house every day. With most projects like this there is an issue or two that arises, TLS was responsive to resolving any issues. The only delay was an about two weeks due to rain after holes were dug for the foundation. We are thoroughly enjoying our added space. We recommend TLS to friends and they were satisfied with their experience as well. I cannot comment on their workmanship, I have seen some work done by them and it looks like they do good work...if you can get them out there. 20 months ago, I had them out to give me a quote on finishing my basement. After 4 weeks of waiting for the quote (was told I would have it by the end of the week or early the following week, I heard from the sale's guy, and he said he was still working on it and needed another week. 8 weeks later I got a message saying he was behind and needed another day or so, another 2 weeks went by (total of 10 weeks), he asked if I still wanted it. At that point I said no. I was looking for some remolding work again and I reached out to them to give me a quote for a roof over on my deck back on June 29th 2023. Again, I was told I would have the quote by the end of the week or end of next week, most likely the end of the next week. It's 2 months later and still no quote. We had 2 other companies come give us a quote, I had one the next day when I was told they needed a week to get it prepared, they wouldn't be able to start until March of 2024 due to other projects. The other company took about 3 days to get us a quote. Not sure what the holdup is on their end. You know the saying, fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. If this is how they treat getting business, wonder how it is once they have it. I won't contact this company again and wanted to let others know.
