        I always order on the mobile app and then run inside to pick it up. Only one time have I ever had to wait for my drink to be ready, and to be honest, I'm pretty sure it's my fault and I didn't give them enough time. It was around 9am on a Saturday and it was exceptionally busy. The staff are ALWAYS very smiley and polite, no matter how busy they are. Despite the bizarre entrance & exit options, this is still one of my favorite locations. :-)

        Service is great drinks are just ok anymore for the price which is way to high for what you get. Paying more for the name anymore. Better coffee shops on k now.
