I'm a regular customer at this location. There is a new crew here from Dustin the manager to the techs in the garage, and I love the new change! I felt confident after being shown my repair needs. They worked with me to make sure my repairs were affordable for me. I would rather get my repairs for all of my car needs.

I would not recommend. I wrote about the Wentzville midas messing up my buick back in October. They (Dylan) claimed they so called fixed it but made everything worst. My car has been in the shop not running since they so called fixed it. I drove off not expecting to see that man anymore...my brother and I took his car to the st peters midas he has been there a few times asking them to look at his back breaks. So Saturday 3/23 his took his car again for the 3rd time in less than 2 months. We spoke with Stacey, Dustin and then saw Dylan. We ended up trying to leave after getting upset because they always place the blame on someone else. Dustin caught us at the car about to leave and he wanted to apologize and plead his case asking my brother to be patient with him and see what his car needs. My brother let them look at the car and he told my brother breaks and stuff needed to be replaced We asked them not to let Dylan touch his car but as soon as Dustin left Dylan was banging on my brothers tires with a mallet and I told stacey it was going to mess the car up even more with him banging and he shouldn't be touching the car to begin with. Dustin came back and saw Dylan touching the car, it wasn't address and when we left after they "so called" fixed my brothers car, the wheel was shaking tremendously and the back brakes "which they claim they fixed and Dylan was banging on" they started making a real loud sqeaking noise like they were bad. I told my brother to take the car back that same day but he was so mad because not only did they mess up my car they were starting to mess up his. When we finally called and told Dustin the issue he made it seem like we were lying and starting drama. But I clearly have pictures and videos of the way the car was before and after and I have pictures of Dylan touching the car after we asked them not have him touching the car and if their cameras work in that midas they would see and hear everything that was said. I called and tried to speak with corporate Tim but No one has reached back out to me and they never do. And they don't offer good mechanics to fix the issues they keep hiring wack incompetent mechanics who don't know how to fix a car.

I have been using services here many years and liked it. However this new management was terrible. Not enough responsibility with their services. I had oil change appointment at 5 pm. I dropped my car earlier at 4:30 pm. I came back around 5:40 pm, and my car was still at the same spot I parked. They took my car in and finished oil change in 10 minutes. I asked if tires rotated, fluids checked all necessary things checked. The guy who at receptionist said yes everything was done. I called him next day he was upset and said everything was done as supposed to be done. Here one week later my car sounded funny and the back brake was super thin and almost ruined. I have plan driving 300+ miles next day. Imagine what could happen if I am on the hyway and have problems with my brakes. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. Could not even be honest with the simple services.TERRIBLE TERRIBLE LICENSE STEAL
