They were efficient and professional and took care of contacting rental car company so everything was smooth sailing from my experience. I would recommend them to anyone.

Horrible experience! I was called to pick up my car for two side mirror replaced. They also said they could get the trunk lock working as it wouldn't open with key or the button to push to release the trunk. When I got there and dropped off by a friend, I was informed they couldn't get the trunk to open and had climb inside to open it with the emergency pull inside. Called my friend to come back to the store as I waited. When they got the mirrors on I was told It was finished. When I drove off, I had to swing back around as I couldn't see out of either of the side mirrors for the finger and palm prints smeared all over them. So I had to ask them to clean them both sides so I could drive safely. They also left a half drank water bottle in the floor board to roll around. They also left foot prints on the left side drivers seat. This was where the worker or workers had crawled into the trunk through the back seat leaving the muddy foot prints behind . I also found out that both of the mirrors they installed were USED! One was my 250. deductible but the other I bought was also USED! Cary told me that is why I got the passenger mirror for $350.00 I said what? Cary replied "we had discuss them being USED." I quickly corrected him and said NO SIR you never mention both were used at any time before the install. I said I need to contact cooperate as to why you told me this (the night before)o that my car would be ready at at 10:00 A.M but I had to wait while a sloppy job was being done on my car. After I wrote the check the sugar sweet Yes Ma'am turned into " That is fine " as he rudely walked back into the building. I will never, ever use CARSTAR again and will tell all of my friends about my experience in this event at that location!
