Aventura at Mid Rivers

I don't know why this place has only 3 stars. Maybe because the reviews are old. I would give them more stars if I could. Since I moved into these apartments a couple years ago, they've been nothing but great. The office staff and maintenance crew go above and beyond in their duties. The apartment grounds, pool, and clubhouse are always well kept and litter free. It's truly a beautiful place to live. P.S. If you're thinking about living here, at least tour the place first and you'll see what I mean. Negative reviews never show the full picture (especially if they're outdated).

We had to get work done inside of the apartment due to a water leak so the Aventura team put us up in a nice hotel with free breakfast and dinner. We were updated throughout the process and the maintenance team was willing to work overtime to get the repairs done. In general, our apartment space is beautiful. The fixtures look brand new and well kept and the community is clean and quiet. Please ignore the negative reviews as the vast majority of them are from 5+ years ago and do not represent the community today.

I am new to STl area and looked for a nice, safe place all over the city, and in different counties. Aventura at mid rivers has the best location, the best value for what your paying including great amenities, it is super clean, and as a single woman I feel safe. Ive met a lot of office managers through this process and I have to brag on our office manager here, Clair. She was so thorough going through the process, she was great at communicating with me from start to finish - and I have a crazy work schedule. Every time I walked into the office she made me feel like I was the most important part of her day. I trust her, and look forward to the rest of my stay here. She doesnt mess around and everything she said she would do she did in a quick fashion. That is RARE! I dont understand the negative reviews on here. If something does come up I have all the confidence that it will be handled appropriately and fairly- following the contract that I signed. Also, Ive ordered a lot of things and its a really good feeling to be confident that my packages will either be at the office or untouched at my door whenever I make it home. This is a great place. Dont wait too long to choose to live here- the place stays full, and that just proves people are happy living here. Katie
