The issue is not that problems arise it is that fed ex is not transparent and actually lie when a delivery does not arrive on time even worse it is extremely difficult to get ahold of someone worse yet when you do they are unable to help

I've currently had to reject a package from them not once not twice but they're currently sending me a message telling me it's on the truck going they tried to deliver it again that happened to midnight apparently according to it it's already on the truck I can't get a hold of anybody that's human to be able to fix the problem until 8:00 in the morning so even though me Amazon and the seller is in agreement that our business is finished FedEx has their own plans to do whatever they want to do so now I get to sit around the house for a third day in a row to reject it again and sign their little handheld for the third time I think they should be paying me to do their job not sit around and wait on them to pay attention to what a customer seller and the plarform requested the first time

Tried to over charge me to ship 3 action figures to Denmark said it would be 500.00 bucks and that's with out insurance! I understand it international but, usps did it for around 100 bucks.
