    My husband and I recently bought a used Highlander from this dealership. When buying the Highlander the vehicle had damage on three of the four seats. When neogotiating, we expressed we liked the car, but would only purchase if the seats could be repaired. We live three hours away, so they provided a discount and a recommended place to have the seats fixed that was closer to us. The dealership and salesmen reassured us that the discount would cover all the repairs needed. When reaching out to the recommended place they provided, the cost was 4x greater than the discount provided. I reached back out the salesmen and asked for another reference or another route to go so we werent paying more out of pocket. They recommended another person who I also reached out to that told me the repairs were more extensive than just a simple fix. He gave me a quoted price that only repaired two of the seats and again, it was more than the provided discount. This repair he mentioned would not last as long as I wished and stated in the future it would have to have more work. We reached back out the dealership and this time received a call back from General Managing Partner, Mike Luner. Instead of asking to hear me out, he instantly started telling me that they will send more money that will cover the lowest repair mentioned by the second contact. He then suggested I buy seat covers for the rest of the vehicle. I had to ask him if I could even speak, as every time I tried to, he kept cutting me off. He eventually let me explain how the two contacts had explained to me about how the damage was more that just surface level and really the seats needed to be recovered. I explained to him that my husband and I had worked hard to save for the car and were promised it would be made right on the seats, and at this point I felt like we were lied to. He then agreed to help us look for a place to fix our seats closer to home and mentioned sending a check to us that would cover the lowest estimate which only covered temporary fixes of the front two seats. Fast forward almost two weeks later, I had not received any recommendations and nothing by mail. I had to reach out again, and this time telling me he had not sent the check yet but would be asap. Mike also stated that the dealer we worked with, Dean, had the next recommended place. We have not heard from him. Overall, our experience with this dealership continues to go down hill. This was an issue that could have been made right in the beginning by being up front and honest with us about the repairs. At the end of the day this dealership has shown to appreciate every dollar they can get over the customer and their experience.
