        Emily Arth is the owner of Empowered Life and a phenomenal therapist. I have seen her for over two years and she has helped me with boundaries, trust, trauma, anxiety, family, and other issues. She is supportive, but also pushes you (in a good way) towards your goals. 100% would recommend. You won't find anyone better. She also has group therapy sometimes which is also very helpful.
