Poor customer service. Sales people give off weird vibes. Not to mention their shoes are too expensive. You can find better prices elsewhere and with better customer service.

Everyone was so friendly and went over the top to get me just the right pair of shoes that were perfect for me. The worker Anna was really passionate and I could tell she just wanted the best for the customer. I felt so comfortable and welcomed there, would highly recommend

Salesperson was knowledgeable about shoe brands that orthotics could be used. They have a military discount. Ended up with Hoka which were more expensive than New Balance, my usual brand. Pleased with selection of shoes and service.

Ok so I am so bad with names, but I think his name is Brandon (hes the manager and has really cool curly hair and a sweet daughter that was helping out in store too!) between Brandon?(the manager) and Anne both, they were just so kind through my the entire process of me purchasing my OnCloud shoes. My shoes actually came with some strange slippery laces and I didnt even know it bc when you walk out of the store they have a completely different type of lace that kind of stretches out and you just retie them up on the outside of the shoe lace area when needing readjustment. And I liked those but they werent actual shoe laces, to me anyway. Just made it to where you could slip your shoe on very easily but it was kind of loose. And I got my shoes for specifically working out so I needed my shoe laces. So I called to see if they could help me out and they told me to come back to the store whenever I could and they would look at it and see what we could come up with and reassured me that wed get it fixed the best we could. Brandon and Anne both were just so kind over the phone so I didnt feel awkward for complaining. Went back and Brandon was there and he helped me try my shoes on again with the laces it came with and some ones he had in store. My shoes are very strange and I had no idea. They dont take many laces so to even find a lace to fit in the holes was a major problem that I didnt even know I was going to have. Lol. And Brandon even tried initially messing with my laces that came with my shoes too just to see if he could help me to be able to use those. Unfortunately, I dont like to double knot my shoes bc I feel its cramping my style (lol) so he helped find the perfect laces for my shoes. AND he GAVE them to me too! I had planned on purchasing, but thats truly how kind, understanding, and caring he was. He wanted me to be happy. And he knew how much we paid for the shoes too. I will say this too: I called the OnCloud customer service number to let them know what the laces were doing and that I had just paid 150+ for some shoes that came with laces that will not stay tied. I was literally on the treadmill several different times and just happened to look down and both shoes were untied and they kept coming untied. Unless I double knot. But then they would feel a bit loose. And I was so surprised at how little they cared honestly and so little that they said if I didnt like it to just return the shoes. Seemed the didnt even care to give feedback either. BUT if you just go right back to where you purchased them, to Brandon or anyone else at this store, bc they were all super helpful, then they will help you get whatever issue(s) you are having fixed immediately. I also had had my shoes for over 2-3 weeks so I was afraid Id be too late, but again, they just want the customer to be GENUINELY HAPPY. Not just about getting a sale here. Thank you all so much!
