I hope you will refer to our response to your other review from an hour after the first review. They were not finished with the project yet and had not completed clean up yet. I do hope that everything looks as it should now. I did post the after pictures to our business profile to show the clean up.

I understand your concern. For a lot of folks, this hail storm is the first time they have had to deal with insurance claims and the renovation process. In your case, you may not have received all the information that we gave to your landlord regarding the re-roofing process. The pictures that you posted are typical for how most peoples yards will look like during the process. In order to tear off a roof, there will be debris that lands on the ground, it is unavoidable. It sounds like they were not done with your project when you posted this. I'm sorry you felt you needed to pick up nails but I assure you, had you left them, they would have been cleaned up and a magnet roller run over your property. This is all part of the typical roofing process. I see pictures of your property after they were complete and it appears all trash has been removed. We take a lot of pride in the fact that our crews do a good job of cleaning up after they complete a job. I hope that everything looks as it should now.
