    Home renter of 4 years here. Re/Max took over after 2 previous property groups. RE/Max policys stop anyone from working with you in terms of late payments. They Gouge you on late charges, not mention good luck getting maintenance to your home during your lease with leaves your liable for damages if they occur that fall under normal wear and tear or structure damage. They have a huge Miscommunication issue unless its about rent $$$. By Far this was the worst experience I've had after all my decades of renting. Want to charge a premium for joke services. Stay Away!

    Superb experience with Susan and her team on selling my house. Susan priced my home perfectly, answered all my questions promptly and professionally (even my 'dumb questions'). When I was having trouble finding a contractor to make a necessary repair Susan and her network stepped up and had me taken care of in days, not weeks or months like I was being quoted when I called contractors. THANK YOU Susan, Jan, and your entire team.

    Reasons for not renewing: Rent increases year over year, coupled with a new monthly washer dryer fee as of the most recent renewal. This fee did not exist for the first two years of our lease; This new fee was not proactively and transparently communicated and was unfortunate and frustrating. You only accept digital payment, with a surcharge. Requests for trash/waste removal from the parking lot area consistently required multiple reminders before being addressed. The makeshift air conditioner installation (wood pallets and hay), stayed outside until mid-late March. Former tenants of the company stated they were fleeced $800 for paint and repair costs upon vacating. Last and far from least, Taylor, the property manager, has been nothing short of obnoxious. An insufferable experience with Taylor is not unique per other tenants. The worst experience with her was LAST SUMMER regarding the lawn maintenance. Attached are pictures taken TODAY. Ive called and texted the office multiple times in the last few days and received no acknowledgement.

    This group overtook the rental properties my neighbors and I occupy, and weve (unanimously) only endured downgrades since. I will say, most of the time when I call the office, I have a pleasant interaction with the receptionist. However, every. single. timeI interact with property manager Taylor, I perceive one of the most generally disagreeable and unfriendly people Ive ever encountered. That is the core of my review- a written complaint of Taylor. Shes extremely frustrating and virtually unbearable, in my experience. Writing this review provokes the wonders of how the office will feel upon reading this, but particularly other women working below her who may or may not have a similar opinion. Edit: Ive seen your reply. I cant reply to a reply. No one named Versace Bonzzel is in your records?! Odd. It doesnt take a bright person to consider the conflict of interest when complaining about the company that houses you. Also, if you had over 800 happy tenants, youd probably have more than 10 reviews averaging 1.8 stars. Sure, a lot of people are only motivated to leave a review in negative instances, but Im not one. I review anything worth being reviewed. This account is just used for means of protection. Im not being unreasonable.

    I really dislike leaving negative reviews. However, my experience renting with this company was actually dangerous for my family. I want perspective customers to know what they might be signing themselves up for so they might avoid the negative and almost deadly experiences I had with this company. Right off the bat when I moved in I was terribly overcharged and it took weeks to refund me. Then, construction workers were sent without any notice at the crack of dawn who let my dog out into the street nearly killing them. This totally unannounced construction project would go on for nearly a week early every morning while I was working late every night on a contract out of town and really needing to rest in the mornings. That whole week starting day one I called over and over to get a straight answer for the timeline of the construction but was given none until the day before it ended that it would be done soon. For literally months I tried to call and professionally communicate about this issue and I was ignored. When I finally got them to agree to an in person meeting it was cancelled hours before it was supposed to happen. I had taken off work just for this meeting and lost a day of income due to their inability to keep their appointments professionally. Also, no apology or offer to pay vet bills was ever given to me after my dog was nearly killed by their teenager level organization. They seemed shocked that I was upset at all. These seem like the kind of people who only get upset over fantasy football or the bachelorette. I wouldnt wish the insult and injury this company put my family through on my worst enemy. Avoid this company at all costs. Having rented in four states from many different companies bigger and smaller, this is easily the worst one Ive ever tried to do business with.

Hello Versace Bonzzel, Unfortunately you are not coming up in our system as a tenant of Remax Rental Resources so we can not speak on your experience. I will apologize for any experience you were unhappy about but again I cant comment on it without knowing who you are. I will say here at the office we absolutely love Taylor. She brings a great attitude to work and is a great addition to our team. She provides strong leadership, is straight to the point, no nonsense, and a great decision maker that follows the rules set for her to abide by from company policies. We realize the only people who actually review us are those that are upset opposed to the numerous happy people we have in our over 800 rentals, however we love Taylor and stand by her.
