I would not recommend this company at ALL ! They do not listen to HOA homeowners about complaints, And they most certainly lie to make themselves look better! So if you're an HOA looking for a management company to handle your day to day needs I really strongly do not recommend Cam management for your needs. They take on way too many associations and do not have the time to dedicate to each association in a timely and respectful manner, Therefore not allowing the HOA to effectively grow.

My goal of this is to leave an honest review that might make a diffrence to someone. In summary, CAM is the absolute best option we have for HOA management in mid-missouri. I've had the 'joy' of sitting on an HOA board for my neighborhood. During my time on the board, I saw our HOA change hands when our last company quit managing HOA's. I saw the process of what it looked like to hire an HOA company. I have been able to hear the perspective of an HOA managment company and the perspective of neighborhood residents who pay. (myself included). And lastly, I've seen what it's like to have a real estate transaction close in mid-missouri with CAM as the HOA company. Here's my perspective after gaining this expereince...... Running an HOA management company is an incredible challenging and often time thankless job. 1. What I love about CAM is that I can call and get the local office and talk to someone directly on the phone to get my questions answered. The other company is an automated system that takes quite some time to get connected to the right person. 2. When you buy or sell your home with CAM as the management company, they do not charge any transfer fees. The other company may appear to be cheaper up front, but they will charge a seller $95 when they sell their home (in my experiences). 3. The other company appears to have an office located in Columbia, but to my knowledge, they do not have a single office in town with someone to speak to. We are outsourcing our HOA funds to someone out of town. 4. CAM keeps their C&R's easily accessible online for anyone to reach. 5. When you submit a request to have a home update approved (fence, shed, etc.) by the HOA. CAM works quickly to get this done. I'm incredibly thankful for CAM who help's keep our neighborhoods looking good, ensuring C&R's are followed as people report issues, opening up and closing pools, maintaining our green spaces, and dealing with the hundreds of different opinions they might see in each and every neighborhood they manage. Thank you CAM!
