Wendy is the absolute best! I am a Broker/Owner of a Real Estate Company in Warrenton, Mo and I do not really know the Columbia area so when my husband's boss and his wife were looking for a home for their daughter for college, I did not feel comfortable that I could guide them to make the right decisions when making such a big investment.
