Phebe Tutt was awesome! She was very upfront and honest from the very first meeting we had. She was prompt in her responses. She gave us very reasonable input regarding staging and what updates we should/should not do. I truly believe she is why we had 20+ showings scheduled in the first 12 hours and why we were under contract a day after listing. The closing process was also super easy and she led us the entire way. You cannot go wrong listing with Phebe!!!

Before choosing a realtor, I would want to know how many first time home buyers they've dealt with. Phebe worked with me while I was a first time home buyer and she made the process so easy for us! Any questions I had, she could answer or point me in the right direction of someone who knew the answer. I think knowing how many people a realtor has helped navigate this process for when it's their first time, is a good gauge of how kind, caring, and helpful a realtor will be. She was always available by phone or text and never made me feel like an inconvenience during a busy day. I would highly recommend Phebe Tutt to be your realtor for any of your homes!

I loved working with Phebe to sell our home. She left no detail uncovered and no question unanswered.
