Don't expect to leave this place with your deposit. They will charge you for damages that don't exist. I received a $750 bill to "repaint". I left the property spotless and didn't hang anything on the walls. I was also charged for things they never fixed before I moved in. Luckily I took pictures as proof.

Here are photos I took on September 30, 2019 the day I moved out. The painting fee was taken out of my deposit as other reviewers have said.
As expected, an incredibly unprofessional response from this property, denying I even rented there. There is a reason why you have countless 1 star ratings.

Hello Kittiya, I am sorry you had such a bad experience. After touching base with the rental company, seeing that it is who you actually rented from, not the Susan Horak group, it appears that your information is a bit incorrect. I don’t know if it’s because you moved out over 4 years ago or not, but your charges were a carpet cleaning fee which you signed off on in your lease prior to moving in, a $300 painting fee for what was above normal wear and tear, and some cleaning charges due to the condition the property was left in after moving out. I failed to see a $750 painting fee. Regarding your photos for proof, I think a quick Google search of your name that produces numerous articles about your fake and highly edited photographs will lead us to stick to looking at our own photos. It is somewhat peculiar that we have no record of you disputing anything or even being upset with the charges until 4 years later while leaving reviews to boost your local guide score.

Sure hope you dont have any dispute about your deposit. And they will always count on you not to document everything. Dont worry though because even if you do they will just block your number and give you the run around until hell freezes over. Im currently being charged over half my deposit for things I have proof of that were never fixed before my move in. A cardboard box is favorable to dealing with these slum lords.

Very unprofessional company. Charge ridiculous prices for places that are disgusting upon move in yet the expect them to be in PRISTINE condition upon move out. Unfortunately, Susan, youll have to use at least some of the money paid to you to upkeep and repair the homes for the next tenants as this is the profession you chose. It is astonishing how you expect people to be ok with something that you are not ok with yourself. And I cant believe how you sit here and shame people from renting from you if they dont like it when you buy up whole neighborhoods to slum out to them while they pay you more than enough money to have homes presentable. Shame on you.
