    They completely removed the privacy hedges and covered the majority of the back yard without notifying us in advance. And only after I had resigned my lease. Terrible at communicating with tenants. And they never gave me a key to my back door.

    Angela starts badgering you starting only THREE months into your lease, threatens to bring strangers into your home early in the morning (I work late) and tries to bicker and argue to manufacture drama, while ignoring maintenance requests. Update in Response: I didn't say how I feel, but par for the course. If you replaced Angela, that doesn't matter does it when they behave the same, and I tried the portal, as well as phone calls, as well as emails, as well as text messages, and 9 times out of 10, you just ignore them. You can't talk your way out of this hole. You're just cheap and in a good location, so you can get away with being terrible.

    One year was too long. If I'd been able to afford it, I would have left a few months into the lease. Update: At least RTK is consistent in their lack of scruples, with their "reply". You aren't entitled to my name, and I'm not going to dwell on such a bad experience. I moved into a duplex that's cheaper and better in every way, and everything actually works. It's farther from campus, but I don't have to deal with you people anymore. You're in my rear view mirror.

Hello Solomon, thank you for expressing your concerns and I am sorry you are feeling frustrated. There is no one by that name that currently works here, but messages are sent by several staff members. As we have explained, we do need to inquire what our current tenants’ plans are early in order to obtain a list of possible units that will be available. We are already getting calls to find out what we will have for the season. You have lived here for several years and know our policy and that we will need to inquire ahead of time. It is a policy in the lease you signed the first year and you have continued to renew your lease each year with us. As you know you have an online portal to submit your maintenance issues and they are tracked through to completion. We do not show any open maintenance requests for your unit at this time. The last one we show was July of 2023 and is marked completed. If you do have additional maintenance you need, please submit a maintenance request so our maintenance department can get it scheduled and completed for you. Thank you, RTK Team

We have not had a tenant with these initials and believe this to be a fake review since there is no name and there are no pertinent details indicating a specific experience with us. In their reply they don't want to share their name, there's nothing indicating a property, a unit, or specific issues. All very vague and not helpful to anyone or reasonable for us to address any issues or learn anything about how to improve if it is an actual former tenant which we don't believe it is. An actual unhappy tenant will not hide who they are and what specific issues they have had. There's nothing unscrupulous about us trying to address a review and it's authenticity.
