Providers are great, but unfortuantely they can't get their billing straightened out. Even when I provide an EOB showing that insurance pays the amount. I will call and over the phone they tell me it's handled and a mistake, but here we are two years later and I'm still receiving a bill for visits paid by insurance. In addition, they are rebilling me for a visit that I paid the day I was present. It's unfortunate because we love Dr. Coyle and the hygienist there, but I'm over the billing so we'll be going elsewhere for our children.

I had an appointment in the building with my 3 year old and I went to ask to use the restroom for my child and was refused because we weren't patients being seen that day. I will never bring my children back to this dental office again. The rudeness of denying a small child the restroom was inhumane.

We loved this dentists office. It was wonderful. They suddenly dropped an insurance that is provided to a large employer in Columbia. Not a whole lot of notice to the change left us scrambling to find a pediatric dentist. Shockingly, in a town that doesnt really have many choices for pediatric dentists. It really left a lot of people scrambling. I was also told by their office I could pay out of network prices to keep them. Im sorry but who in an average family income can afford the price of a cleaning or procedure out of pocket.

Weve moved a lot for work so my son has been to a couple different dentist before and this office has to be by far the best weve been too. My son is on the spectrum and they were so kind and patient with him, they accommodated him the best that they could without getting frustrated or annoyed. I am so glad to have found them.

My 4 yo had dental surgery in office today, and we were very pleased with Dr. Scott, the office, the anesthesiology team, and the results! Our son needed quite a bit of work done, and the team answered all of our questions and treated our son very well, he even wet himself when he first went under, and they had his cloths washed and dried before recovery (which doesnt really matter given the seriousness of what we were there for, but made us feel as though they had thought of everything), it was quite expensive given our coverage, but I feel like we couldnt have made a better choice! Thank you!
