Never in my entire life have I had to deal with a more incompetent group of people. From start to finish my , and many others , experience in the SATOP program has been made extremely, unnecessarily difficult. The communication is non existent. Instructors don't show up. Last minute cancellations. This is an institution that operates under the guise that they are helping or educating the individual. HA - What a JOKE. Do not recommend. Do not.

This place is a bunch of liars they have no intention to help me with my recovery they gave me my suboxine to early & gave me to much & they said its not possible to take to much of it. They asked me to be honest I gave them 100% honesty & I got kicked out for it right after they told me I wouldnt get kicked out for being honest. Thank god for bridge way were the people are real & they truly want to help you

I was in this program in September 2022. This place saved my life! It was only the beginning of my recovery. I'm now 70 days clean and sober thank you so much Phoenix house!!

I was really upset with my experience I felt like I was there for a reason other then the real reason I was there for my addiction. I got there and in no less then 45 mins later I'm in a dark room alone. And they kinda just left me there untill decided to step out of the room and even then It wasn't untill they wanted to take my phone like I'm a child. I was supposed to be in detox 3 days and have no phone to talk to my fiance whom of witch were in jail and only had times when she could call. IDK this place wasn't what I was expecting. I felt outta place and not comfortable at all. Patients there thoe we're very welcoming and showed the love unlike the staff.
