Lucky nails

me and my cousin came in to get 2 full sets. we had made the appointment for 5:30, the lady didnt prep my cousins nails at all. she took her old polish on and just started with the acrylic. not even a day later one of the nails popped off, and all of them are loose. i have went to lucky nails for years but this experience is by far the worst. you can look at her nails and tell they were rushed through and time wasnt taken on her nails. i also went with my 5 year old cousin that same day and the lady tried picking her up to put her in the chair to get her nails painted, when she tried to pick her up she called her chunky and then proceeded to ask me how much she weighed. i will never go back.

NEVER AGAIN !!!!! HORRIBLE PEDICURE! The worst Ive ever experienced. The lady literally just washed my feet. Pissed me off because what are you doing! I eventually told her you stop. She was pat drying my feet, left the side of my toes soaked HORRIFIC Im typing this while Im still in the chair.. the man is redoing the pedicure now lets see I had hope HE SUCK TOO

I have had acrylic nails for over 30 years and Lucky has the best nails I have ever had. The employees are friendly and helpful. Prices are affordable, I give gift certificates for gifts every Christmas
