I never had to contact him because he was in daily contact with me. Even though this is my fourth house he told me things I was never aware of. Tim, was absolutely amazing! We lived in our old property for the last 20 years. When we started looking Tim was very in tune with our needs and wants. When the perfect house came on the market Tim was the one that found it for us. We are so grateful for his time and expertise.
