Dylan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about installing my new dishwasher as well as testing our water. He shared a lot of useful info. Weve used Chapman for plumbing as well as heating and a/c. Their staff is always helpful, pleasant and accommodating.

All my research about heat pumps indicated that the contractor was the most important factor, and our choice of Chapman proved that to be true. From our preliminary discussions with Terry to installation with Ellis, Scott and Gerald, plus Tonys valuable home energy audit, the heat pump installation met all of our goals and standards. As a retired educator, I greatly appreciated how well all of Chapmans employees explained their work in terms of the overall system and answered questions we asked. Did I mention great senses of humor and teamwork? One moment really stands out for me: They moved the pedalboard of my wifes electronic organ (she is a church organist) with great care and respect in order to access the workspace. Theres a British series called The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen; I just didnt know they would install our new heat pump
