Fast and easy people were very very helpful and some what experienced and up to par with what they knew how to do and what to do.....but would I recommend them to others? Personally no I wouldnt yea they knew what they were doing but the guy was kinda rude

Signed contract in May for HVAC install. Started calling Burks almost daily at the end of July. Got a call 2 weeks ago that theyre not going to honor their bid and I should get somebody else. Services: Install AC, Heating system installation

They are awesome!! Didn't over charge me. Showed up on time! Very nice people. I would recommend them to everyone who needs AC repair!

If you have a new construction home do not use this company for the following reasons: 1. Will not pre-order unit prior to electric established on property 2. Will not conduct site visit prior to install creating a reschedule (had 2 weeks waiting period for the unit to be ordered, why not do a site visit during that time?) 3. Not prepared for a new home construction install on a Modular/Basement foundation... would have been able to figure that one out during a site visit...hmm site visit maybe? 4. Sent 1 service man to do a major A/C install on Modular/Basement construction? 5. Called Customer Service line - lady argued the fact that they do not do site visits and if modular home was purchased from dealer (Amega) that there is only a default installation of 20ft. **Translation** - Only on ground level or on piers to install unit directly from across furnace nothing more. Had total disregard of the situation reverting back to dealer of purchase. 6. Still have dirt/mud from construction site at new home. Tech did not ask if he could wear his shoes/boots indoors and just walked in shoes/boots on new carpet floors... hmm booties maybe? 7. Didn't get the feeling that they cared whether or not it delayed the install during summer (heat) conditions. 8. Whatever agreement they have with the dealer is not the customers fault. Why not do the install and have the dealer make it right instead of having customer call dealer trying to figure out why installation was not done. 9. Bottom-line - I would have paid the extra cost of materials if the company would have done their due diligence to be better prepared for the job and conducted a site visit preventing any further delays. Now my family suffers from the heat in a new home. No projected date of rescheduled installation. Have to wait for a return phone call. My heater went down Christmas Eve highs in the 20's. They couldn't get the part, but my HVAC friend got it ordered for me , but he had Covid 19 and couldn't install it. Burks refused to install a part that they didn't order themselves. Even checked with the manager, against their policy.
