Beds were comfortable!! Loved the layout of the room, (stayed in one of the cottages) very spacious! Huge walk-in closet! Cleanliness was not good. I had to clean the Keurig prior to using and still ran it a few times to clean out whatever was in it. The surfaces seemed to have lots of dust. Looked like housekeeping did the bare minimum and skipped several areas. also- I walked the entire hotel before finding the pool area. There were very few signs posted and no instructions from the front desk at check in. 5 stars for comfort, 1 star for cleanliness!

I don't often feel compelled to leave reviews, but I was disappointed in Stoney Creek Hotel. We splurged on this hotel and I researched reviews, so I was surprised when I found the hotel as dirty as it was. The carpet throughout all the main walkways looked like it hadn't been vacuumed all week. There was dried vomit in one of the elevators and next to the door to the pool. There were a few leaves floating in the pool, which could be overlooked the pool extends outside. However, there were clumps of hair floating in the water and on the edges of the pool. When we went around dinner time, there were no clean towels available. Overall, the rooms were fun - my kids loved the cabin theme - but again, the logs of the wall were all dusty. This place needs some serious TLC and regular cleaning.
