    I used to work at Integrity and I can honestly say that I was only there for about 6 months, but I was treated very well. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Staffing is always a problem in Healthcare no matter what area you work in. I've been an OT for over 26 years and there has never been a time when I has not been extremely busy. I just hope the clients we serve no matter where we work can understand that everyone is doing their best.

    While one employee was very helpful when she did work, the management and lack of communication by this company was terrible. Three times in a month the schedule of helpers I counted on were canceled or changed without informing me. Also, when signing up with Integrity I was told employees sent to my home would be vaccinated. This was not true and one woman failed to keep her mask on even when close to me. This was unacceptable. The company name, Integrity, is clearly inappropriate. I realize companies are dealing with labor shortages but this doesnt excuse their lack of communication or notification of changes . I would not deal or employ this company!

    I was with this company over a year. My caregiver and Nurse were great, and helped my so much. But the office people are slow to answer you, and not concerned with your concerns. I had a sub nurse a few weeks back and she put wrong medicines in my boxes, which I took for over a week, before finding out. I had side effects that made me sick and now I can't take that medicine anymore. Then today I called to make sure it was OK if my aide picked up something that cost more then 100 dollars, as she was worried about the cash, when talked to the office person, their only concern was if she dropped it and they might have to pay for it. Now if I look at it see that could happen, but who would blame the worker or company for that??? Would just take it back and get another one. This concerns them, not that a Nurse made me sick??? Not even a call back about that. I figure that was so they could not be held liable for her actions. I rate the workers 5 stars, the company 1 star!

    Very unprofessional; very tarty, there were many instances that a worker wouldnt be able to make it and we wouldnt find out until after the shift started. Employees needed constant direction to keep them working.
