I used to love this store. J ust left there is disgust! It has turned into a trashy mess!!! Stuff all over the floor, couldn't hardly get through the aisles back by the area rugs with stuff on the floor and shopping carts of merchandise in the way Counter not organized or straightenedwaway.,counters

This is the second time Ive been in this store with my wife and the staff does not understand customer service. The first time, we asked for help getting to a lamp behind other furniture in a middle aisle. The person at the register could not have been any less interested in offering to help even when I waited patiently for three customers to check out at the register. The other person at the counter would not respond to me saying, excuse me, could I get some assistance?. We finally just left without making the purchase. Today, my wife was in line behind another customer at the register. Another employee was sorting figurines on the counter in front of the other register. We were standing directly in front of her & she never offered to take us at her register. Another lady walked up behind us and the person immediately opened the register and offered to take that customer. The lady at the other register finished her transaction with the customer in front of us and told us we would have to use the other register. Fundamental misunderstanding of customer service and queue management. Luckily, my wife shops at these places without me most of the time, but Ill choose to spend my dollars elsewhere.

Although there are some "bargains" to be found, most of what is available could be filed under odds and ends or seconds. Some of it qualifies as junk but the again, one person's junk is another person's find of the year. Like Itchy's, if you're on a very tight budget, worth consideration.
