Jess has fixed a horrible haircut for me in the past and I have gone to her consistently for 3 years now. If you want a low maintenance cut and color, like I do, she listens and does exactly what you ask for. If you want a fun color or cut that may require a little more upkeep then she does amazing at that also. Just don't sit in her chair and criticize yourself because Jess will tell you how amazing and beautiful you are regardless of your perceived imperfections. Going to Jess is like hanging out with a friend that just makes you feel good by being in her presence.

Jess has been doing my hair for years and does incredible every single time! I'm always coming to her with new ideas for my hair, whether that be bangs, fun colors, highlights, etc. and she executes it just the way I envision.
