I made the mistake of ordering a very expensive leather chair from Scout and Nimble. When it finally arrived (after 5 months), it was horrible - like sitting on a rock! They would not allow for a return. I contacted a number of other online furniture retailers - all had the same chair and all would have allowed a return! This mistake cost me over $2000. It is very difficult to buy furniture without seeing it - it is essential that online sellers have consumer friendly return policies. My advice would be to steer clear of this company!

The overall experience is great! After ordering a chair I received it quote fast. Really recommend scout & nimble

Ordered 2 chairs & 1 side table 6/3/21, estimated "availability" mid-August; I was hoping to get delivery by 9/10/21. My items arrived in Austin TX & shipped from there to the Denver delivery company: NAVIS PACK & SHIP for "white glove" delivery into my home. Friendly Scout & Nimble order manager & customer service reps called Keith (as did I) to no avail... occasionally you could leave a message...but no call back. Bottom line: items were sitting at NAVIS for 2+ months before finally being delivered to me on 11/22/21. Keith unwrapped chairs & table & set them inside our entry, he did not remove his shoes & he did not place our furniture. I am happy with the furniture I purchased & the price, but the delivery experience was very disappointing & my rating reflects that.
