Hired Matthew in a custody case. Prior to hiring Matthew all filings were complete he was hired to speak on our behalf. I paid retainer he showed to court did not say one word in court room. Judgment was against our party. I called to find out the next steps/ why this happen/ why did he not represent us in the manner he was hired for. I have not been able to reach him since 4/1/2021. Basically took our hard earned money for no representation. Courts and board have been notified of Mal practice

Payed the lawyer and then he turned on me and I still haven't got my retainer check back from them yet

Matt was with me all the way during a confusing and emotional process. He, and Scott the office manager, were very supportive and encouraging. They were both unfailingly kind and helpful. Matt took the time to make sure I understood the process and how it would unfold. My issue was resolved quickly, but Matt was ready, willing, and able to take it further if necessary.
