        The lack of employee urgency to help anyone that is waiting on them is astonishing. Drivers routinely have to wait over an hour for anyone to load or unload them much less have any paperwork in order or product ready to go. Organization and order of operations is definitely not a strong suit of this facility much less any kind of enthusiasm for doing anything that even slightly inconveniences their day. You are more likely to see light escaping from a black hole than catch one of these employees willing to help in any sort of way.
