This place is the WORST when it comes to referrals! I've been in contact with this place for 4 days about sending my referral over, for a wisdom tooth removal. They've told me repeatedly that theyve sent it but the office hasn't received anything. Then i was put on hold randomly and was hung up on. So much miscommunication and heartache.

Office staff is very helpful, especially with people and families who have disabilities. Dr. Thomas takes time to listen, asks important questions regarding prior Dental experiences, and provides complete info. (Willing to drive several hours for gentle, compassionate dental care in an accessible Office.) Hygienists, in-office dentist colleagues also understanding, considerate and provide complete answers about all procedures.

The staff is Nice and helpful. Dentist explains things and understands my anxiety they are great.

They're really trying to help me get my dentures and they've been working with me because I haven't had transportation to be able to get there and they helped me find another way to get my dentures
