Had a mixed experience at this office. I sought a second opinion concerning a filling repair last year and was very impressed by Dr. Powell's attention to detail and the fact that she was willing to go through all the results from X-rays and images with me. She confirmed the damage and I was able to have the other office repair it free of charge. The dentist suggested that I start wearing a night guard. I paid $500+ out-of-pocket, as staff said it would not be covered by insurance. Later, my monthly statement said a claim was filed for the mouth guard and I was not reimbursed. I had to return to the office with my receipt and the insurance statement before a refund was initiated. A check was received in the mail several weeks later instead of being put back on my debit card, which was an odd chain of events. Hopefully this never happens to anyone else in the community.

I love the staff! They are all so nice. Ive only had one issue with a date but the team were VERY quick to resolve it. Keep up the good work!
