Do not rent from this company. They will move you into an apartment with carpets with years of cat pee in them and leave it on you to try and mitigate the smell. So you steam clean them, twice, then once more before you move out because thats what a good tenant does. Then, they will keep your deposit because the carpets need to be replaced (they are soaked in cat pee after all) even though you dont own a pet. 0/10 would not recommend. This was at Stadium North Apartments

Property Manager “Ashley” is the worst. Makes excuses for bad neighbors. These apartments are duplexes and my neighbor breaks the lease agreement daily. Trash stacked outside their door, has three pit bulls (no pets according to lease), dog poop in my yard and sidewalk. Ashley makes excuses for them..says they are a young couple “trying to figure it out”. Why is there even a lease if some get “favors” from management? You will regret living at Sentinel Properties.

Do not rent from this company. They will steal your money. Conditions are horrible and unsafe. Management is unresponsive and unreasonable. Save yourself the headache and stay away.
