The Counseling Palette

We're so lucky to have an evidence based counseling center in Columbia that deals with anxiety and PTSD. Jennie does wonderful with clients and is a benefit to the community. I highly recommend this counseling service.

I participated in a trauma healing through art community class that Jennie led, and it was super wonderful. She has a very gentle approach that is also deeply knowledgeable and intentional. Jennie knows PTSD therapy extremely well, and I've seen her make a big difference in the lives of people she works with. It's my honor to send her professional referrals whenever I work with someone who is seeking professional help with their trauma history. She also works well with people of different abilities, such as the Deaf.

Jennie is very knowledgeable about evidenced-based treatment practices and techniques. She keeps up to date with the latest advancements in the field and new therapies. She is easy to talk to and meets client where they are at in the healing process . Her office is very inviting and relaxing. Jennie is a great therapist!
