Here is a brief account of my very negative experience with management: I live out of town and maintain this apartment as a getaway. During a period of very cold weather, management entered my apartment, turned on the water and increased the heat and then failed to discontinue use for the next two months resulting in energy bills of nearly $1,000.
After a month of back & forth, management refuses to acknowledge any error and has not yet reimbursed the expense. I am beginning to work directly with Mills Property group on this issue.

My husband and I had the best renting experience possible at Boulder Springs! Our apartment was beautiful, the amenities were fantastic, and the maintenance team was always friendly and helpful. If we werent moving for work we would absolutely renew. We have said so many times we wish we could take our exact apartment and move it with us.

My fianc and I have lived at Boulder Springs for about two years. We've loved the quietness of the neighborhood, distance to everything in town and the amenities provided. Out of the five or six places I've lived in Columbia, this has been the best by far. The maintenance and front desk have been quick and easy to reach anytime we need them. I would 10/10 recommend Boulder Springs for your next move. Happy for the time we've had here.
