The guy tried to get my mom to buy a pc for way more than it shouldve costed and tried to get her to buy something better than i need so if your planing on buying a pc either pick out parts from the nzxt website and have them build it or go to a micro center/ other pc part store and pick out your own part and build it yourself this was pretty nice but since he tried to get us something we didnt want and it was overpriced I wouldnt buy a pc from here but the other services he provides im assuming are good from the other reviews :)

We have relied on John a couple of times now. He completely fixed our Wi-Fi system. He replaced our old router and modem with something so much better. Then he organized all the stuff for our Wi-Fi system behind our TV. Everything was mounted on the wall and it looks so neat and tidy. Then, I needed a new laptop. Replacing a laptop is something we dread. It takes forever for us to look around and then to get everything up and running on the new laptop. John took care of everything for us. He sold us a laptop at a better price, any set everything up. It was quick. We didn't have to think. It was a huge relief! We think he was very fair in his pricing. He has a good reputation in Columbia. We can see why.

I had a pretty severe virus/malware emergency on my computer in the middle of my busy work season. John was very prompt and thorough in dealing with it. He explained things well and walked me through everything. I felt like I was in the best care possible for such a stressful situation. If needs arise he will have us as future customers! Plus, he did little things like clean my computer screen that were just an extra kind touch. He has been very professional, knowledgable, and considerate throughout this whole process. He is also helping us get set up with better systems and security. He really just goes above and beyond.

The Tech Shop was able to design in a beautiful, powerful desktop PC with top notch communication all the way through! Will be using him again for repairs/upgrades!
