Employees here profile shoppers and make unfounded accusations about shoplifting; when asked for proof they refuse to show any. Contact information given for next level in the chain of command goes nowhere. Manager backtracks and offers to have you drive back to the store where they profiled you so that you can get an apology as if that makes up for the embarrassment of being publicly accused. Shameful.

unprofessional management and employees. Manager refused to deescalate a situation in which an employee had falsely accused me of shoplifting in the past. After asking for proof, i was denied and banned, then received a lousy apology after they reluctantly admitted it wasnt me. Being embarrassed like that has genuinely been one of the most frustrating experiences in my life, and i wish more was being done about the situation.

Terrible. the workers stand around and dont let people try on clothes because they have too much to do yet they just stand around and hangout. Store is always picked over. Very dirty and staff are lazy.
