Joel was awesome and very helpful. My tax preparer recently passed away and I was forced to find a new one. I know nothing about preparing tax returns, hence the reason I pay someone to do it for me. The person I hired didnt have a clue. I found Joels number by conducting an online search to find someone to assist me fixing the mess this so called tax professional had created for me. I made contact with Joel by phone and he talked to me about my situation for 25 minutes. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and told me exactly what I needed to do to correct my situation. A very stressful situation now had a solution. At the conclusion of our call, I offered to compensate Joel for the consultation if he sent me a bill. He declined payment for the service he provided me. Joel provided me with excellent service and expected nothing in return. This kind of courtesy is not readily found in todays society. His kindness and help with this situation was sincerely appreciated. Thank you Joel.
