They're very knowledgeable in all products they sell. If there's ever any issue they take care of it immediately and completely. Looking forward to many more years.

Fantastic customer service! You cant beat working with a local family owned company that really cares!! Weve had the LVP flooring for multiples years now and it still looks fantastic! Very happy with the quality and 10/10 recommend!!

I had laminate installed in what was supposed to be a 1 day job. It turned into a 2 day job. After the first day, I found the crew had left the furniture in front of the bedroom door so you had to squeeze through sideways and a bag of debris with exposed nails ion my dresser. There was a gouge into my dresser over two feet long. When I returned from work the second day, I found damage to the baseboards and walls in the master and wet spackle on the wall about 5 inches across. A hole had been knocked in the wall and the spackle was still drying (with the grid from the patch still visible). The crews didnt say anything about the damage to my elderly mother so I found it when I got home. I called the company and left voicemails that week and emailed multiple times and he (Elliot) did not respond. I finally paid the amount minus the portions related to the damaged walls - and suddenly got a response that they wouldnt accept that. Plus, the bill had work on it that the crews didnt do (I removed all flooring before ordering flooring). Now, 2 months later they want to inspect the damage (some of which I repaired. Beware if you go with this company

The owners are friendly and personable . Came right out to follow up on our concerns about seams showing and bumping up .
They determined the carpet less than 6 months laid was glued properly and that with wear and vacuuming the opposite direction it will blend.
Having carpeted several homes we owned we had never experienced the seam issue , so many seams going down the hallway . And across the middle of tv room . Just odd . Just have to live with the seams . And an area in front of our rocker is getting that worn matting look . That is normal foot drag .
Again news to us , after 6 months so in a year will it have to be covered to hide it ? We have always had rockers and never had new carpet do that ????
We do not wear shoes on our rugs ever . Very careful with it.
Just disappointed .
