        Does not answer phones sent over from their own switchboards. I was only calling to find out information so I wasn't wasting people's time regarding the presence of a notary (because they aren't always present), but it looks like picking up the phone isn't part of the customer service at this branch. I was disconnected twice and their switchboard operator indicated that they did not have a direct line so I had to call and wait for them to pick and then be transferred.

      We're so sorry about the lack of response to your call. Every branch should have a notary, but as you say, they are not always present. Your best bet is a trip to the Downtown location at 8th and Broadway where there are multiple notaries on staff. Just park in our free parking lot off 7th Street and head to the lobby.
